New Patients
You can now request a New Patient Intake through the scheduling tool below.
You will be asked to complete a brief form to help Mia determine if she might be a good fit for your needs. She will typically confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. It will not be charged without your authorization.
If preferred, you can message Mia through the “Contact” page to request an appointment.
Returning Patients
Most follow-up appointments will be scheduled during your visit. If you need to reschedule please use the appointment request or message Mia directly through the Patient Portal.
